Car Trouble Got You Down?

If you are anything like me then when car trouble comes a knock’in you get really stressed out and more than a little upset. Whenever my car breaks down and leaves me stranded I always feel like blowing it up but then I remember how much cash I have sunk into it and I realize my car and I need to get along. Recently I have discovered a bit of gold at the end of the car repair rainbow in my local auto recycling yard. I am able to find used car parts at a fraction of what the dealer charges and they are all in great shape - cleaned and inspected by folks that really know their stuff.
With all the money I am saving on my dear old (2002 Camary) car I have even saved up enough money to buy myself a motorcycle for next Summer! I should also mention that our local junk yard has this really sweet deal where I can donate my car (once it becomes a junker) and donate the proceeds to charity, how about that!!! The program here in the US is called ‘cash for clunker’s and my sister-in-law in Canada says they have a similar program called ‘retire your ride’, of course ours sounds much more cool! Dam Canadians are too boring.
